3.1 Nature of Our Products
North Shore Teez specializes in custom-made, made-to-order apparel. Every product is created individually based on your specific requirements and design specifications. We do not maintain ready-made inventory; instead, each item is produced specifically for your order.
3.2 Production Timeline and Processing
- Processing Time: All orders require 1–3 business days for inspection, quality assurance, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
- Shipping Time: After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. The standard shipping fee is $6.99, with free shipping available for orders over $99.
3.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the production phase.
- Once Production Begins: Once an order enters the production phase, modifications and cancellations are not permitted.
3.4 Customer Responsibility for Accuracy
You are solely and entirely responsible for the accuracy of all uploaded designs, artwork, text, product specifications (size/color), and shipping information. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide.
4. Returns and Refunds
Our return procedures are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Because our items are custom-made, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 5. Product Display and Accuracy
We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy due to variations in monitor displays. Slight variations in print placement (within ±0.5 inches) and color saturation are inherent to the custom production process and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
