These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://northshoreteez.com/ (the “Site”), your purchase of products from North Shore Teez, and other services offered by North Shore Teez (collectively, the “Services”).

By browsing the Site, creating an account, submitting artwork, placing an order, arranging local pickup, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Business Information

The merchant of record for purchases made through the Site is North Shore Teez.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You may not use the Site or Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful information;
  • Transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
  • Interfere with the Site, checkout, or other users’ access to the Services;
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect Site content without our written permission; or
  • Submit artwork or content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site or Services if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in activity that threatens customers, our operations, or applicable law.

3. Products and Custom-Made Orders

North Shore Teez offers apparel and related products, including custom and made-to-order items. A product may be made based on the garment options, size, color, artwork, text, and other specifications selected or supplied by you.

Because custom orders are produced specifically for your order, please review all selections carefully before submitting payment. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selected sizes, colors, garment style, shipping address, customer-supplied text, artwork, and design instructions.

Minor variations can occur because of screen settings, garment manufacturing, printing or embroidery processes, and the nature of custom production. Small differences in color appearance, print placement, texture, or scale that do not materially depart from the approved order are not defects.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

When you submit artwork, photographs, logos, text, designs, or other materials (“Customer Content”), you represent and warrant that you own the Customer Content or have all rights, permissions, and licenses required for North Shore Teez to use it to fulfill your order.

You grant North Shore Teez a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt for production, and communicate Customer Content solely as necessary to review, produce, fulfill, support, and document your order. We do not claim ownership of Customer Content.

You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights or that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate. We may refuse, cancel, or delay an order involving content that we reasonably believe cannot be lawfully or appropriately produced.

All content owned by North Shore Teez on the Site, including our branding, logo, Site design, product photography, text, graphics, and proprietary designs, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use Site content only for personal, non-commercial shopping and reference purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Prices on the Site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. You authorize North Shore Teez and the applicable payment provider to process payment for the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes.

North Shore Teez accepts credit card and PayPal payment options made available at checkout. Payment must be authorized and received before we begin production, fulfillment, pickup preparation, or shipment processing.

We work to display accurate prices. If there is an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and notify you. If payment has already been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Order Acceptance, Changes, and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable production capacity, an apparent product or pricing error, or prohibited customer-supplied content.

North Shore Teez offers a 12-hour cancellation-request window after purchase, only before production or fulfillment begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production starts. To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately with your order number.

7. Shipping and Local Pickup

North Shore Teez currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping rates, free-shipping eligibility, processing estimates, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Local pickup may be available by prior confirmation at 100 Fifth Ave, Suite 410, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Do not visit for pickup until you receive a written ready-for-pickup confirmation.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Custom and made-to-order apparel is generally final sale once production begins. North Shore Teez may provide a replacement, remake, or refund when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order because of an error by North Shore Teez or its fulfillment partner.

All return eligibility, request windows, exclusions, return instructions, and refund timing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Accounts, Reviews, and Feedback

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

If you submit a review, feedback, or other non-confidential comment, you grant North Shore Teez a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for Site, customer-service, and marketing purposes. You must not submit feedback that is false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or infringing.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge the practices described in that policy.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or use third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. North Shore Teez does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at a particular time. Product images, colors, and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but display settings and custom-production processes may create non-material variations as described in Section 3.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Shore Teez and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the Site, Services, or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Shore Teez’s aggregate liability for a claim arising out of an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits the limitation.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless North Shore Teez from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your Customer Content, your infringement of third-party rights, or your unlawful use of the Site or Services.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the Site, Services, or an order are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, Services, or an order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

North Shore Teez may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Cancellation Policy, form the complete agreement between you and North Shore Teez concerning your use of the Site and Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.
