  To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations are no longer available as the order will already be in the technical processing stage.

  We only accept returns if the issue arises from North Shore Teez, including:

  • Wrong size compared to the order details.
  • Incorrect design or print differing significantly from the product page.
  • Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., tearing, breaking, or visible print defects).
  • Wrong style or item received.

  Exchanges

  Free replacement for North Shore Teez errors (wrong item, design, or damage). Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange.
